Marek Dojnow, former CEO of ABN Amro Corporate Finance in Poland, and currently Managing Partner at FIDEA Corporate Finance, encourages Ministry of Economy to undertake comprehensive activities regarding toxic currency options. – Creating a special fund for refinancing of liabilities transpiring from options would be a good solution – says Marek Dojnow.
Banks have very effective execution means that let them quickly seize all the liquid assets of the company, which exposes the company to the risk of losing liquidity and consequently can lead to insolvency – reminds Adam Jabłoński, Partner at FIDEA.
