FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Medicover on acquisition of Neomedic Group, a leading neonatology and obstetrics hospital group in southern Poland.

Neomedic operates three hospitals (two in Kraków and one in Nowy Sącz) as well as outpatient and primary care medical centers. The facilities provide highly specialized hospital care in the area of neonatology, obstetrics and gynecology. In 2018, ca. 7 600 babies were born in its hospitals.
