FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Orkla Care S.A. on divestment of the Polish skin care business, including the Soraya and Dermika brands, to trade investor Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne Sp. z o.o.

Dermika and Soraya are one of the most prominent skin care brands in Poland, widely recognized for high quality and innovative formulations and packaging. Cosmetic products under those brands are manufactured in the production facility located in Radzymin, have a well-diversified customers base and sales channels, and are available in a wide range of prices.

The transaction received the approval from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and was closed in December 2020.
