Financial advisory to the shareholders of OSHEE on partnering with MidEuropa as a minority investor 16 February 2026

FIDEA acted as exclusive financial advisor to the founders and shareholders of OSHEE in a strategic transaction marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing development.

OSHEE has established itself as the undisputed leader in Poland’s functional beverages market, demonstrating sustained growth, strong market positioning and successful international expansion. The transaction marks a significant step in the company’s evolution and supports the next phase of its long-term growth strategy.

As part of the transaction, Innova Capital fully exited its investment, with MidEuropa entering as the new minority investor.
