FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to W.KRUK S.A, the oldest Polish jewellery brand, on the acquisition of Lilou.

Lilou is a Polish brand specialising in the creation of personalised jewellery. All designs are original and can be enriched with an individual engraving.

W.KRUK S.A. is part of the VRG Group and offers the highest quality gold and silver jewellery, diamonds, precious stones and the largest portfolio of watch brands on the market. It has a network of more than 180 stores in Poland and Hungary, and as a result of the transaction will acquire a network of 45 Lilou boutiques as well as the online shop.
