FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to ZPOW Rolfroz Sp. z o.o. and its owners in securing an investor for the company – Cedo Capital, a search fund managed by Monika Wincel.

Rolfroz is a leading producer of sterilized and pickled vegetables, as well as aseptically packed concentrates and purées, operating in a B2B model.

Rolfroz is a stable family business built by two generations of the Skorupa family and an excellent team of employees. The company has a unique history and strong reputation – I feel honored to continue this legacy and take it further. Our goal is to combine the values and quality that form the foundation of Rolfroz with new growth directions. As a first step, we have already decided to invest in a new production line to meet our clients’ development needs and build new business relationships.
