FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Mastergrupa Sp. z o.o. and its shareholder on partnering with a strategic investor – Domino’s Pizza Poland.

Since 1998, Mastergrupa has been developing a franchise network of pizzerias under the Stopiątka (105) brand and currently ranks 4th on the market, with 90 locations across Poland.

DP Poland holds the master franchise rights to the Domino’s brand and network in Poland and Croatia. In Poland, DP Poland operates 113 pizzerias.
