FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to OSHEE Polska Sp. z o.o. on the sale of Sonko Sp. z o.o. to strategic investor, Euricom S.p.A.

Sonko, established in 1989, is a leading branded producer of healthy snacks such as rice cakes, crispbread, and chocolate-coated products. Its product portfolio includes also a wide range of rice and groats. Sonko has a workforce of approximately 300 employees in its two manufacturing facilities.

Financial advisory for Bridgepoint, the leading shareholder of Smyk S.A. in a management buyout by a consortium of investors

FIDEA acted as financial advisor to Bridgepoint in a management buyout of Smyk S.A. - a leader in the Polish children's and young family products market and a leading player in Romania and Ukraine.

Smyk operates in an omnichannel model, managing an extensive network of approximately 280 specialty stationary stores, as well as a rapidly growing e-commerce platform, available through both a website and a mobile application.
