President of the Management Board, Managing Partner
Until the establishment of FIDEA, Marek Dojnow held the position of Managing Director and President of the Management Board at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in Poland and was involved in all transactions executed by ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in Poland since 1999.
Before joining ABN AMRO Corporate Finance, Marek was Director of Fixed Income Origination at ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) SA. Marek commenced his career at ABN AMRO in 1995 and was engaged in numerous domestic and foreign fixed income transactions as well as strategic transactions of the Bank in Poland.
Between 1992 and 1995 Marek worked in the Warsaw and London offices of the leading international law firm Clifford Chance, where he specialised in banking and capital market transactions.
For over a year Marek was Assistant to the Minister Chief of the Council of Ministers Office. Marek graduated from the Law School at Warsaw University. During his studies Marek participated in international private law programs at the University of Le Mans and the University of Strasburg in France. Marek is fluent in English and French.
Juliusz joined FIDEA in 2011 after working at KPMG Corporate Finance in Warsaw, where he was a member of Mergers & Acquisitions Consumer and Industrial Markets team. Earlier he gained corporate finance experience during internships at FIDEA and ICENTIS Capital. At FIDEA he focuses primarily on transactions in the consumer goods sector.
Juliusz graduated in Finance and Banking (major in Investment Banking) from the Warsaw School of Economics. During his studies he took part in Erasmus Student Exchange Program and spent one semester at the Zurich University of Applied Science in Switzerland.
Michal joined FIDEA in 2015 after a 3-month internship. Prior to that he gained capital market experience in IDMSA brokerage house. Licensed securities broker (No. 2851).
Michal graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. During his studies he spent one semester at Yonsei University in South Korea.
Michał was awarded a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. He completed all exams at the first attempt. He speaks English and German.
Alexander joined FIDEA in November 2021. Prior to that he worked for Philip Morris International and as an analyst for Experior Venture Fund in Warsaw, Poland.
Alexander graduated from University College London, where he studied Arts & Sciences with a focus on Law, Finance & Management. He also holds an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science. During his studies, Alexander was involved in the UCLU Polish Society and the establishment of the inaugural LEADERS Conference held in London.
Bartosz Dysarski joined FIDEA in early 2010 after working for over 5 years in investment banking in London. Prior to Fidea, Bartosz worked as an Associate at GCA Savvian, an M&A Advisory firm in London, where he was involved in numerous advisory projects with European, Japanese and US clients.
Previously, Bartosz Dysarski spent over 4 years in ABN AMRO (later RBS) in London, where he initially worked in the M&A Advisory division and subsequently continued his career in the Financial Sponsors Group. During that period he was involved in a number of strategic advisory, M&A, LBO and structured finance transactions for major corporate and private equity clients.
Bartosz Dysarski graduated in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. During his studies Bartosz participated in several corporate finance courses at the London School of Economics. He also completed a postgraduate programme at the Stockholm School of Economics with an MSc degree in Finance.
Before joining FIDEA in 2009, Magda worked for 2 years for The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS Global Hub Europe) being involved in numerous implementation and service projects for international clients.
Prior to RBS, Magda spent 3 years with Bank BPH S.A., in the Large Corporates Divison and as Assistant to the President of the Management Board.
Magda graduated with a Masters in Administration from the Warsaw University of Technology as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
During her studies she was granted a Socrates-Erasmus Scholarship at the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Germany. Magda speaks English and French.
Szymon joined FIDEA in 2021. His prior experience was gained in the M&A team at Santander Bank Polska and the PFR Ventures fund.
Szymon is a graduate of Economics at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and currently also a student at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he is pursuing his Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of student scientific circles such as Klub Inwestora (SGH) and KNRK Index in Cracow. He is the laureate of the EY Financial Challenger competition (Top 10 in Poland), as well as CFA Ethics (3rd place).
Michalina joined FIDEA team at the beginning of 2022. Prior to that she worked for the Norwegian department of Scandic Group, largest Nordic hotel operator.
In 2019, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, where she obtained a MA Degree with specialization in International Law. During her studies, she actively participated in debates and conferences held by International Relations, law and diplomacy experts.
Vice President of the Management Board, Managing Partner
Until the establishment of FIDEA, Adam Jabłoński held the position of Director at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance, co-leading the Polish office of AACF.
Before joining the Polish office, Adam worked at ABN AMRO headquarters in Amsterdam with the global pharmaceutical and chemical Corporate Finance practice.
Adam has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, gained when executing numerous M&A transactions, privatisations, public and private share offerings.
Adam graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is fluent in English and German.
Jan joined FIDEA in 2011 after a half-year internship. Prior to that he completed internship in the audit department of KPMG’s Warsaw office.
Jan graduated in Finance and Accounting (major in Corporate Finance and Accounting) from the Warsaw School of Economics. During his studies he was granted a half-year scholarship at the National Chengchi University in Taiwan, where he participated in IMBA courses.
Maciej joined FIDEA in 2017 after a half-year internship. Prior to that he completed M&A internship in Deloitte, legal internship in Greenberg Traurig, fund accounting internship in Citibank International and private equity internship in Capital Partners.
Maciej graduated in Finance and Accounting (Corporate Finance specialization) from the Warsaw School of Economics and Law from the University of Warsaw.
Jakub joined Fidea team in February 2025. He has a 3-years of experience in investment banking area. Before joining Fidea, Jakub has been working in Pekao Investment Banking and Haitong Bank.
Jakub holds a Master’s degree from Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In 2021, Jakub obtained Polish Stockbroker License. Jakub has completed international financial modelling and data analytics courses (i.a. Full Stack Modeller).
