Financial advisory to CFT Inc. on an acquisition of a majority stake in Strategix Enterprise Technology GmbH and Strategix Sp. z o.o.

In January 2016 CFT Inc. acquired a majority stake in Strategix Enterprise Technology GmbH and Strategix Sp. z o.o (jointly” “Strategix Group”), an international IT consulting boutique and software-reselling firm. With the acquisition of Strategix Group, CFT expands its geographical footprint in Western Europe and enhances its competences in the area of category management. FIDEA acted as a sole financial adviser to CFT.
