Financial advisory to the shareholders of Bayleg S.A. on soliciting a strategic investor, Alliando Group

FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Bayleg S.A. and its shareholders on a sale to a strategic investor – Alliando Group, a major European player in the distribution of veterinary products.

Bayleg is the 2nd largest distributor of veterinary products in Poland, which offers more than 12 000 products, present on market for almost 30 years. The acquisition will allow Alliando to expand its European footprint and gain a market-leading position in Poland, while reinforcing the company’s growth plans for Eastern Europe in its core veterinary distribution segment.
