FIDEA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to CFT — an international technology group specializing in the delivery of advanced IT solutions — on the divestiture of its majority stakes in Strategix CFT GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, Germany, and Strategix CFT Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, Poland.

Strategix CFT is a technology firm specializing in Category Management services, operating across the German and Polish markets. The transaction involved the sale of shareholdings in both group entities and was executed through interlinked transaction processes, completed in March 2026.
