During the third edition of the conference “Private Equity Forum & Awards Gala” organized by Executive Club, FIDEA was awarded Diamond of Private Equity, winning the prize in the category Corporate Finance Advisor of the Year 2011.

It is remarkable that among five nominated corporate finance advisors there are three independent boutiques. We are pleased that this relatively young category of capital markets participants has engraved itself in the Polish mergers and acquisitions market and has been increasingly successful. Winning the Corporate Finance Advisor of the Year 2011 award strengthens our conviction that FIDEA has been the leading investment banking boutique in Poland. We have achieved this position by consistently basing our activity on quality and trust, which have been present in our everyday work for years. This award is the achievement of our entire team, which I would like to emphasize and thank all for that.

In 2011, FIDEA advised on five successfully completed transactions. One of them, financial advisory to American Heart of Poland S.A., a leading provider of cardiology care in Poland, on partnering with a financial investor, Advent International, received Diamond of Private Equity nomination in the category Transaction of the Year 2011.
