Sonda and Agros Nova successfully completed a leveraged buy-out of Enterprise Investors funds 28 February 2007
On the 28th of February 2007 the acquisition of a 60% of shares in Agros Nova owned by Enterprise Investors was completed. As a result of the transaction, Sonda became an almost 100% shareholder of Agros Nova.
FIDEA was exclusive financial adviser on the transaction both to Sonda and Agros Nova.
