FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to OSHEE Polska Sp. z o.o. (“OSHEE”) on the acquisition of 100% stake in GFT GOLDFRUCT Sp. z o.o. (“Kinga Pienińska”), the owner of the Kinga Pienińska brand.

Established over 25 years ago and positioned in the premium segment among spring waters, Kinga Pienińska is one of the largest Polish producers of bottled mineral water. Its water sources are located on the boundaries of the Pieniny National Park, which makes it one of a few producers of genuinely natural mineral waters. The product portfolio consists of both carbonated and non-carbonated waters, sold in PET and glass bottles.

OSHEE is a leader on the Polish functional drinks market. OSHEE’s product portfolio encompasses isotonic drinks, functional waters and vitamin products, as well as food products, including cereal bars and vitamin candies. Acquisition of Kinga Pienińska marks the first M&A transaction in OSHEE’s history.
