Buyout of shares in Agros Nova owned by Enterprise Investors

Financial advisory to Sonda and Agros Nova on the arrangement of financing for and the buyout of 60% of sharea in Agros Nova, leading Polish food producer, from Enterprise Investors

On the 28th of February 2007 the acquisition of a 60% of shares in Agros Nova owned by Enterprise Investors was completed. As a result of the transaction, Sonda became an almost 100% shareholder of Agros Nova.

FIDEA was exclusive financial adviser on the transaction both to Sonda and Agros Nova.
