FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to the leading shareholders of EcoWipes Group on the sale of the Group to financial investors, Cornerstone Investment Management and Kartesia.

Ecowipes specialises in the production of ecological hygiene and cosmetic products (wipes, pads, cotton buds) and private labels for major retail chains such as Lidl, Biedronka and Auchan, making the company’s products available in many European stores.
