In December 2018, FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to VELAS Sp. z o.o. in a sale process of a 40% stake in Rockfin Sp. z o.o. to Tar Heel Capital, a private equity fund.

Rockfin is the leading Polish engineering company specializing in the design and production of auxiliary systems for gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors and generators that are used in numerous branches of industry, including power, oil & gas, pulp & paper, rubber. Its product portfolio is exported to ca. 100 countries globally.
