FIDEA acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Trec Nutrition Sp. z o.o. („Trec”) and its owners on soliciting a strategic investor – Aflofarm Farmacja Polska Sp. z o.o. („Aflofarm”), a leading Polish pharmaceutical company. The transaction was closed in September 2018.

Trec is one of the leading producers of sports supplements
in Poland. Product portfolio includes both protein and non-protein supplements such as creatine, pre-workout boosters and carbohydrates as well as functional food and sportswear. Products are offered under flagship Trec Nutrition brand as well as under other brands dedicated for specific product categories such as Beltor, Trec Wear and Better Choice. Trec sells its products on both Polish and more than 30 export markets.
