Cosmetics firm Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne, backed by investor Innova Capital, will acquire a full stake in Kanani Europe, a producer of Polish cosmetics under the Miya Cosmetics brand. As part of the transaction, TDJ – the current owner of the company – will join the Bielenda Group’s shareholding structure.

FIDEA acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne on partnering with a financial investor Innova Capital back in January 2021. Thanks to this transaction, and with Innova Capital’s backing, Bielenda has become the leading consolidator on the Polish cosmetics market. In two of the latest Bielenda’s acquisitions: takeover of DERMIKA and SORAYA brand from Norwegian’s Orkla Care group and last year’s buyout of Torf Corporation, owner of TOŁPA and ON brands, FIDEA acted as an advisor to the selling shareholders.
